Paul gifted me this unbanded during Episode 56. This Toro was dark chocolate colored and had a rich chocolate pre-light aroma. Once lit, i was presented with a lot of black pepper up front. The pepper dominated the first third but settled down during the second third where a nice mix of leather and coffee emerged. This continued through the last third with the pepper eventually fading all together. The last third finished really nicely. Overall I enjoyed the cigar and texted Paul that I thought it was certainly Nicaraguan and was probably from My Father or Don Pepin. I guess it may be a My Father Le Bijou 1922.

The reveal…..

It was a CAO Soprano’s Soldier! I haven’t had one of those in quite some time.
