I smoked the new one first, the corona gorda. While this is not a bad cigar by any stretch, it was unbalanced and had some sharp flavors and aroma to start. This cigar could benefit from some age for sure.
I also smoked the pre-release, much better after a year of age (I want to say Willy gifted this to me a year ago). I don’t believe he came out with that size ultimately, though it is ver good. If the pre-release is any indication of what this blend will do, in the smaller sizes especially, its something I am going to re-visit in 6 months.
