Wrapper: Cuba
Binder: Cuba
Filler: Cuba
46: 5 5/8 x 46
Cigar Coop readers – this is not a mistake. I’m talking about a Habanos cigar here.
This cigar was a gift from Mark Jr. As you can see this is the H. Upmann 46 with its old banding. Even without the band, this cigar had some serious aging on it. Some conflicting reports when the bands changed, but I believe it was 2006. Therefore this is a nicely aged cigar
There is a reason why this cigar is one of my favorites from Habanos. This cigar delivers a wonderful mix of nut, earth, and a subtle white pepper spice. There is also a nice natural tobacco sweetness. It still smokes like a champ. This has mild to medium strength and medium-bodied.
If you come across these, it’s box worthy all the way.
