This Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro served up lots of dark chocolate, oak, and some dried fruit. It was a bit dry on the palate but I countered the dryness with a second glass of water. Medium in body and strength with a great draw and burn. While the dryness was a turn off, it wasn’t so bad I wouldn’t revisit. I really enjoyed the flavors that poured from this stick. I would grab a “Fiver” if given the opportunity.
