We covered this cigar in depth on Cigar Coop.

The La Jugada Habano is the second cigar released by Moya Ruiz Cigars. Moya Ruiz is a small company founded by Danny Moya and Nelson Ruiz. They make their cigars at Erik Espinosa’s La Zona factory.

I smoked this cigar around the time of the 2013 IPCPR Trade Show and enjoyed it. However, when I sat down to review this, I really fell in love with it. This cigar is an absolute flavor bomb. This cigar delivers a sweetness that is a cross between raisin and hard candy. It is balanced nicely by chocolate, pepper, nut, and earth. This cigar has some firepower. While it was considerably stronger at trade show time, this still is a full strength, full-bodied cigar.

This cigar is nothing short of a home run. A cigar worth fighting Chuck Norris for.
