This 5×50 Robusto from Ashton was gifted to me by long time listener, Rex Mercer (Thanks Rex!). I enjoy the Elegancia series from San Cristobal and I have had the Seleccion Del Sol series in the past but I have never gotten around to trying the original San Cristobal series until now. This Nicarguan puro began with rich flavors of chocolate and coffee. The draw and burn were perfect and this stick poured tons of smoke. The second third brought some earth and spice to the profile and the spice continued to build as the cigar progressed. At the price of about $6-7 a cigar, this cigar is a WIN all around. “Box Worthy” Thanks again Rex!
