This Nicaraguan Puro had a gorgeous, dark, oily wrapper. Once lit the stick poured a lot of aromatic smoke that reminded me of hickory. Full bodied but smooth I was able to pick up a nice mix of wood, spice, coffee, and raisins. The finish was creamy and the wood and spice became more dominant on the second third. I did have one instance where the cigar canoed but a quick touch up fixed the issue and the burn and draw remained good afterwards. I enjoyed the cigar a great deal and may pick up a “Fiver” for those weekend evenings where I am looking for something on the Medium/Full side.
