Pete Johnson began a new brand this year called L’Atelier. Under this brand is a number of blends including the L’Atelier LAT series. This 5 5/8 x 54 Parejo was mild/medium in strength and had a flavor profile of mild cedar, spice, and some underlying floral notes. Construction was good but overall I found the profile a bit bland for me. I will need to revisit again. In the meantime, try one.
