Wrapper: Nicaraguan Criollo
Vitola: Perfecto (4 7/8 x 51)
I enjoy the Exclusivo blend and I am a sucker for a good perfecto, so grabbing a fiver of this limited run was a no brainer. The smoke has a perfect draw. The burn began very crooked but corrected itself by the time is came up the tapered foot. The strength was a solid medium/full and the finish was long. The profile was oaky with hints of pepper and some floral notes. One thing I have noted about the Exclusivo line is the oaky/wood notes seem to overpower the other flavors when they are young. In my experience these do very well have a few months of rest. Certainly a “Fiver” to enjoy or more if you a avid fan of the Exclusivo line.
