5 5/8 X 46 Corona Gorda
Wrapper: San Andreas Negro
Binder: CT River Valley Stalk Cut and Cured Habano
Filler: Brazilian Mata Fina and Nicaraguan Habano
$7.25 (Regular Production)
This is a cigar that I have smoked 3 or 4 times before, but I upon reviewing the site realized I never posted my thoughts before. When this line first came out it was a good smoke, but was just not the best fit for my palate. So I was excited when I heard that they were putting out this smoke, which is a little more amped up than the other sizes.
As you would expect from a Drew Estate smoke this stick produced a ton of smoke off of the foot, but was not overwhelming at all when I smoked it. It had flavors of cocoa, spice, red pepper and a nice full bodied profile. I would say it is medium plus in strength and full flavored.
I would say this is worth a box split.
