6 X 54 Box Pressed Toro
Wrapper: Jalapa
Binder: Jalapa
Filler: Jalapa and Esteli
$13.00 (4500 Total Cigars)
Coop had an article describing this cigar. I was not able to try these the first time that they came through Mr. J’s, as they went out almost as soon as they came in. I can say that Stogie Santa spoke well of these, so I found myself wanting to try one since they got a couple more boxes in.
That being said, I really was not all that impressed. First of all I thought the burn and construction was not that good. The burn was all jacked up and the cigar had a soft spot. The cigar had muted flavors of coffee and earth. In my opinion I would say to try one if you can find one that does not have a soft spot as I think that had a very negative impact on this smoke. I would say that its a shame as I really like the Antano and Dark Corojo.
