It’s been a while since Drew Estate has had a premium Connecticut Shade offering, but now Willy Herrera has brought one back. While it has trademark Connecticut Shade creamy notes, this cigar does a nice job at pushing the boundaries of traditional Connecticut Shade. My gut tells me that time will be kind to this cigar down the road. This is easily worth a box split.

Filler: Dominican Criollo 98, Nicaraguan Criollo, and Nicaraguan Corojo
