This cigar seems to be getting better with age. I found some of the citrus notes to mellow down a bit – allowing the other flavors to shine. The strength and body dialed back slightly as well – both starting out medium to full before progressing to full in the second half. The changes upped my rating from my previous one from “fiver” to “box split”.
Wrapper: Arapiraca Connecticut Shade Hybrid Maduro
Binder / Filler: Not disclosed except inclusion of Carbonell Tobacco
Country of Origin: Dominican Republic (Tabacalera William Ventura)
Belicoso: 5 x 50
Price: $18.00
