Responsible for the day to day operations of a small to mid-sized cigar company, with approximately 280 stores across the nation. Managing a sales force as well as nationwide travel to each market to ensure proper representation of the brand. About 70% of my time is spend on the road working with and coaching brand ambassadors. 30% of time is spent in the office overseeing profitability, smooth operation and functionality.
