Segment: Top Drinks to Accompany Cigars, Flavors, Sickness:
Compliments of some topics covered on http://cigars.about.com, I wanted to discuss the following:
Tea with no sugar, does not affect the flavor. Raspberry tea with sugar is no good, destroys the flavor of the cigar. Coffee is universal (black of course). Soda is somewhere in the middle for me, though on occasion I do like Diet Coke, and Diet Dr. Pepper may be my favorite soda to pair with. Any type of juice does not work. Water is great, and enhances as it keeps your palette moist.
