Santa gifted this to me at Christmas and I have been waiting for that perfect time to smoke it. After waiting too long, I decided to just fire it up on a beautiful Summer afternoon last week. It opened with a fair amount of pepper considering it’s age and transitioned to a leather, wood, and spice at the end of the first third. Epic smoke. “Fight Chuck Norris” even if it is for just one stick.
