From CI:

Manufactured by Cusano co-creator Joe Chiusano, C&C cigars fuse premium craftsmanship with affordability. The C&C Connecticut is the mildest of the three offerings from the new C&C label, successfully rounding out the diverse trio. Equipped with a golden brown Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, this Connecticut quickly grabs the eye’s attention. Complementing this scrumptious leaf are Cuban-seed Dominican long-fillers and binder adding welcomed depth and complexity. The finished product is a mild and smooth cigar that keeps your palate guessing as notes of cream, nuts, and tobacco coat the palate. The experience is never boring, as the C&C Connecticut was crafted with a discerning palate in mind.

Ratings:

“Even Cigar Aficionado praised this cigar with a rating of 90, which is not an everyday occurrence for a Churchill-size cigar that costs less than $5 per stick.”

The smoke opened up with some nice tobacco flavors. There was a mild sweetness that persisted throughout. It was a mild smoke for sure, going well with coffee in the morning. It was not as smooth and creamy as I would have liked, but the flavor profile was enough to hold my attention. The thing that I like about this stick is value. There are a lot of cigars in the $4.00 price range or below that are Dominican in origin. There are also many priced somewhat higher, and are essentially the same experience. For value, I’m rating this a fiver, and if you play a lot of golf in the morning grab a box. This stick has some aging potential, maybe a year to six months will help smooth it out a bit, but be careful, there is not much in the way of strength and body so they will fade fast.
